Confirmation date

The agent contacts the owner and confirms the flat is available. After 7 days without confirmation you see the last confirmation date; after 14 days the listing leaves the search.

Confirmation does not mean checking ownership, technical condition or market price.

Move-in costs

We add only confirmed euro amounts due at move-in. If a required payment is unknown, we write “from …” and name it separately. An unknown commission is never zero.

Every listing has one agent

If two agents offer the same flat, the site keeps one listing with the agreed agent.

Personal data

Saved items stay only in your browser. The exact address and owner contacts are never published.
